MSM (methylsulfanylmethane) is a water-soluble organic sulfur compound. MSM is found naturally in rain and lake water, as well as in many fruits, vegetables, eggs, meat, cereals and fresh cow's milk, but it loses its beneficial properties when processed (freezing, heating, etc.).
