Ingredients:
Whey protein concentrate (from milk), contains lecithins; soy lecithins, maltodextrin, cocoa, flavorings, sweetener: sucralose.

Directions for use:
Dissolve 1 serving (30 g = 2.5 scoops) in 200 ml of milk or water. Take 1–2 times daily as needed.
