Directions for use:

Mix 25 g (1 scoop) of powder with about 150–200 ml of water in a shaker. Consume immediately. It is recommended to use 1–3 times per day.

Highly soluble whey protein concentrate, hydrolysed collagen protein (40%), prebiotic fibre (inulin) Orafti™, cocoa powder (only in chocolate flavour), flavourings, sweetener sucralose.
