Ingredients:

Whey protein concentrate (from milk), whey protein isolate (from milk), whey protein hydrolysate (from milk), flavourings; thickeners – cellulose gum, xanthan gum; sweetener – sucralose; colour for vanilla and cookie flavours – beta-carotene.

Allergen warning:

Milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts, and nuts.

Usage:

Dissolve one serving (30 g – 2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Take 3 servings per day.
Training days: 1st serving – in the morning after waking up, 2nd – within 1.5 hours after training, 3rd – before bedtime.
Non-training days: 1st – in the morning after waking up, 2nd – between meals, 3rd – before bedtime.
