Inositol is included in the formula due to its synergistic effect - together with choline, it helps the liver metabolize cholesterol and fats.
Inositol is an excellent sleeping pill. It relieves a person from tension and reduces high blood pressure, is an effective remedy for atherosclerosis, restores the structure of nerve tissue, and also has dermatotropic properties.
Choline is known for its nootropic effect, since the body synthesizes the most important neurotransmitter acetylcholine from it. Choline is used to combat high cholesterol, improve memory and protect the liver.
Choline and inositol are popular sources of lecithin, which may be useful in Parkinson's disease, high cholesterol, arteriosclerosis, baldness, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, high blood pressure and diseases of the nervous system.
How to use:
Take 1 serving (1 tablet) per day.
