Recommended daily dose and use:

Take 1 capsule 3 times daily, preferably 30 minutes before meals. The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules. Take with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Content per 1 capsule:

• CLA – conjugated linoleic acid 640 mg
• Green tea extract 50 mg
• of which EGCG 20 mg

Ingredients:

Safflower oil (80% CLA – conjugated linoleic acid), gelatin capsule (bovine gelatin, humectant glycerol, water, colours E172 and E120), coconut oil, green tea extract (95% polyphenols, 40% EGCG – epigallocatechin gallate), soy oil, emulsifier soy lecithin, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.

Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient.
