Trec Women's Multivitamin contains vitamin E and riboflavin, which help protect cells from oxidative stress. Additionally, vitamins D and C support the normal function of the immune system, vitamin A and niacin help maintain healthy skin, and biotin supports healthy hair growth. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and help maintain normal psychological functions. Women's Multivitamin is also enriched with Garcinia cambogia fruit extract, green tea extract, fish collagen peptides, CLA, L-carnitine, hyaluronic acid, and coenzyme Q10.

Usage:

Take one serving – 1 capsule – with approximately 200 ml of water. Take 2 servings per day, preferably with meals.

Warnings:

Do not consume on an empty stomach. Do not use on the same day as other green tea products. Do not exceed 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. Do not use for more than 3 consecutive months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
