Magnesium (magnesium citrate; magnesium oxide) (57.9%); D-aspartic acid (DAA) (21.6%); capsule shell (gelatin; food colourings – iron oxides and hydroxides); zinc (zinc gluconate; zinc oxide) (3.4%); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.8%). Product may contain allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts, and nuts.
NET WEIGHT: 90 capsules
Single serving – 1 capsule with 300 ml of water.
Take 1 serving daily, preferably 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
