Each serving contains 5000 mg of hydrolyzed collagen for joints, which is easily absorbed by the body. Contains glucosamine and chondroitin, which form tendons, cartilage and synovial fluid. MSM is an organic sulfur compound that is involved in the production of collagen and the formation of cartilage tissue. For additional benefits, calcium, magnesium and zinc have been added to help maintain bone tissue. Vitamin C promotes normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of cartilage tissue. Vitamin D promotes normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, helps maintain normal bone tissue.
