Regular intake of melatonin helps to reduce the subjective sensations of changing time zones. Its beneficial effect is manifested when taking 0.5 mg immediately before bedtime. We must not forget about the effect of melatonin on reducing the time needed to fall asleep, but in this case, a single dose should be at least 1 mg before bedtime. The appropriate quality and duration of sleep allow the body to recover. Only this situation guarantees the maintenance of full physical fitness and good health.
Recommended consumption:
Take 1 capsule per day with an appropriate amount of liquid, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.
