ASHWAGANDHA FORTE 800 is a capsule-form food supplement containing Withania somnifera extract, also known as ashwagandha or Indian ginseng, standardized to 1.5% withanolides. Thanks to its Withania somnifera content, it is especially recommended for people under constant stress and those leading an intense, demanding lifestyle.

Ashwagandha is a strong adaptogen whose main active compounds are withanolides — steroidal lactones present in the plant. These are what have turned the humble root into a symbol of the 21st century.

In Sanskrit, “ashwagandha” means “horse’s strength,” referring to the traditional belief that this plant provides strength and endurance comparable to a horse.

Ingredients:

Indian ginseng (Withania somnifera) root extract, filler: cellulose, starch, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Allergen warnings:

May contain cereals containing gluten, soy, milk and eggs.

Do not consume if allergic to any ingredient.

Usage:

Take 0.5 tablet daily with a meal, with 250 ml of water.

Warnings:

Intended for physically active adults over 18 years of age. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in cases of hypersensitivity to ingredients. Do not consume alcohol or stimulants, and do not use sleeping pills, sedatives, or anti-anxiety medicines while taking this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
