Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera extract) (71.3%), withanolides (Retinoidum) (9%), capsule shell: gelatin (Gelatina), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (Magnesii sales, acida fatua). May contain allergens: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, peanuts.

Take 1 capsule once a day, 30 minutes before a meal or workout, with plenty of water (250 ml). Do not take on an empty stomach.
