TRIPLE MAGNESIUM COMPLEX is a food supplement containing three highly bioavailable forms of magnesium: chloride, citrate and lactate.

Ingredients:

Magnesium [magnesium chloride; magnesium salts of citric acid; magnesium lactate] (97.2%); capsule shell [gelatin] B / [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)] C / [gelatin] D; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). B, C, D — see the symbol after the batch number.

Product may contain allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

• Magnesium — 130.6 mg

Recommended daily dose and usage:

Take one serving — 2 capsules — with 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings per day, preferably with food.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or individuals under 18 years of age.
