Ingredients:

Magnesium [magnesium chloride; magnesium salts of citric acid; magnesium lactate] (97.2%); capsule shell [gelatin] B / [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)] C / [gelatin; coloring agent (titanium dioxide)] D; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). This product may contain allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Directions for use:

Take one serving — 2 capsules with 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings daily, preferably with meals.

Warnings:

Food supplement. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not consume if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
