The universal acupressure roller can be used for acupressure massage of the occiput, neck, lower back, soles of the feet, palms, as well as for dynamic needle massage. The shape of the roller, its elasticity and the sharpness of the needles are carefully chosen to provide optimal needle pressure on the skin. The yellow pricking elements have sharper needles. Special magnetic inserts with a magnetic field strength of 3–8 mT enhance the therapeutic effect thanks to the additional influence of a constant magnetic field.

The needles are double-sharpened according to the ancient Chinese acupressure method "Plum Blossom". Double sharpening prevents deep penetration of the needles into the skin, making the procedure more comfortable and effective.
