Can I change a product or address after ordering?

Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Changes depend on whether the order has been processed or dispatched.

Provide the exact new address, collection point or product name and variant. Do not place another order just to change an address before checking the original order.

Procedures may differ after handover to the carrier. Wait for staff confirmation: sending a request does not itself mean the order has changed.
