How can I work out caffeine in an energy drink can?
Check whether caffeine is stated per 100 ml or for the whole pack. A different can volume requires a calculation.
Multiply a per 100 ml figure by the can volume divided by 100. Consider other caffeine sources that day and the manufacturer warnings.
Do not confuse energy values with caffeine content: they are different figures. Ask before buying if the information is incomplete.
