How to use?
Choose the correct size using a measuring tape: measure the circumference of your leg above and below the knee and compare the results with the size chart. If your measurements fall between two sizes, bear in mind that the support should fit snugly without applying excessive pressure or restricting movement. Pull the knee support over your foot and position it so that the knee is centred. Then smooth out the material to remove any creases. The support can be worn during training. After use, remove the knee support and allow it to air dry.

The size is selected according to the circumference of the leg above and below the knee: M - 26-29 cm above the knee and 22-25 cm below the knee, L - 29-32 cm and 25-28 cm, XL - 32-35 cm and 28-31 cm. Follow the care symbols on the product label. After use, allow the knee support to air dry and store it in a dry place.
