Recommended for both recreational users and endurance athletes, such as long-distance runners, cyclists and those performing intensive training. Magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance. Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. In addition, magnesium, potassium and calcium support normal muscle function. Potassium helps maintain normal blood pressure.

Directions for use:

Mix 1 serving (40 g) with 500 ml of water. Drink one serving 3 times a day — before, during and after training. The recommended daily amount is 120 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
