Naturally cold-filtered CFW® whey protein isolate, flavourings, thickener (carboxymethylcellulose), sweetener (sucralose).
This product is manufactured on equipment that processes products containing ingredients from milk, eggs and soybeans. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
On training days: add 1 scoop to a shaker and pour in 250–350 ml of cold water. Consume 1 scoop 30 minutes before training and another 1 scoop immediately after training.
On non-training days: consume 1 scoop in the morning and another 1 scoop between meals.
