Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule daily with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably before breakfast or 30 minutes before training.

Attention! Do not use before bedtime! Do not consume together with other products containing caffeine or ingredients with similar effects! Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule.
