Power System Neoprene Elbow Support (Red) is a high-quality accessory designed to provide effective support and stabilisation for the elbow joint, as well as to prevent injuries. During heavy pressing exercises, weightlifting or other active movements, the elbow joint is subjected to considerable strain. The support helps distribute the load evenly, protects against micro-injuries and provides stability with every movement.
Its ergonomic design closely follows the anatomy of the arm: the support stays securely in place during dynamic exercises without restricting the natural range of movement.
How to use:
Pull the support onto your arm so that its central section evenly covers the elbow joint. To choose the correct size, measure the circumference of your arm above and below the elbow:
- M: circumference above the elbow 25-28 cm, below the elbow 21-24 cm.
- L: circumference above the elbow 27-30 cm, below the elbow 23-26 cm.
- XL: circumference above the elbow 29-32 cm, below the elbow 25-28 cm.
Warnings:
Before each use, inspect the product to ensure that the fabric is not damaged. Do not tighten the support excessively or choose a size that is too small, as this may restrict blood circulation. If you experience numbness around the elbow, a sensation of coldness or skin irritation, remove the support immediately. Do not use on damaged skin or open wounds. This product is a sports accessory, not a medical device. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage:
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. After use, it is recommended to air the product and allow it to dry at room temperature. Hand wash only in cool water using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach, iron, dry on radiators or tumble dry.
