Holland & Barrett Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules support healthy joints. Glucosamine is a major structural component of joint tissue. These capsules additionally contain Vitamin C to support normal cartilage function.

Glucosamine is the basis for the synthesis of several important macromolecules, including glycoproteins, glycolipids and glycosaminoglycans. These macromolecules can be found in synovial fluid, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and muscles.

Glucosamine is a major structural component of joint tissue. It is naturally found in the body's joints, but is rarely found in natural food sources.

Vitamin C supports normal collagen formation for normal cartilage function.

Directions for Use:

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ingredients:

Glucosamine sulfate (2KCl) (crustaceans), capsule shell (gelatin), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
