• Horsetail herb extract – 100 mg
• – of which silica – 7 mg
• Guarana seed extract – 100 mg
• – of which caffeine – 22 mg

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Daily dose:

2 capsules per day with water.

Directions:

Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of water, preferably in the morning.
