The support is made from durable, elastic neoprene that helps retain natural body heat and provides a comfortable fit. Its anatomical design helps distribute compression evenly while allowing freedom of movement. The product is suitable for running, basketball, football, martial arts, gym workouts and other physical activities. This versatile unisex model is suitable for both men and women and can be worn on either the left or right foot.
How to use
Pull the support over your foot and position it around the ankle so that the heel and ankle bones align with their designated anatomical areas. Make sure the support fits evenly without creases, provides comfortable support for the joint and does not compress the leg too tightly.
Warnings:
Before each use, inspect the product to ensure that the fabric is not damaged. Do not tighten the support excessively or choose a size that is too small, as this may restrict blood circulation. If you experience numbness in your foot, a sensation of coldness or skin irritation, remove the support immediately. Do not use on damaged skin or open wounds. This product is a sports accessory, not a medical device. Keep out of reach of children.
