Recommended use:

Dissolve one portion of the product – 30 g (2 scoops) – in 200 ml of water or milk using a shaker or blender. Take 3 servings per day.

On training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving within 1.5 hours after training, third serving before bedtime.

On non-training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving between meals, third serving before bedtime.
