Directions for use:

For long-term intensive physical activity, mix a 90 g serving with 500 ml water. It is recommended to drink with additional water! For short low-intensity activity or strength training, mix a 45 g serving with 300–500 ml water. Use no more than 4 servings (4 x 90 g) per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
