Great for endurance sports that use up a large portion of glycogen stores. Dextro is a carbohydrate that helps restore normal muscle function (contractions) after very intense and/or long-term exercise that causes muscle fatigue and glycogen depletion. The positive effect is seen when consuming carbohydrates in the amount of 4 g per kg of body weight in doses during the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after very intense and/or long-term exercise.

RECOMMENDED DAILY QUANTITY AND DOSAGE:
Take once a day. Mix 80 g of powder with about 200 ml of water, milk or juice in a shaker until dissolved and drink immediately.
