Ostrovit Premium Liquid Chalk 250 ml is a liquid magnesium chalk that improves hand grip on surfaces during intense gym workouts.
Ingredients: magnesium carbonate, alcohol, resin, hydroxypropyl cellulose.
Usage: apply one or two drops to your palm and rub thoroughly into both hands. Then wait 20–30 seconds until the liquid dries and turns white.
Liquid chalk:
- provides better friction
- improves grip
- reduces sweating during training
- dries the skin
Thanks to its liquid form, it does not stain clothes, which can happen with block chalk.
Remember that further use of chalk during training should be adjusted to your individual preferences, hand sweating and environmental conditions, especially temperature and humidity.
