The OstroVit Exercise Bands Set of Three is a product designed for anyone looking for help with their workouts. Widely applicable, perfect for working out at home and in the gym. You can use resistance bands as a replacement for weights. Thanks to the resistance they provide, the muscles are forced to work harder, which allows us to achieve better, faster and more noticeable results. The set features light, medium and heavy elastics, making it suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. In addition, the kit includes a mesh bag for storing elastic bands.
The set consists of three training bands:
LIGHT - purple - resistance 15-20 kg
MEDIUM - pink - resistance 20-25 kg
STRONG - green - resistance 25-30 kg
The bands are made of soft cotton and latex. This combination makes the elastic bands pleasant to the touch, do not irritate the skin, at the same time they are durable and do not roll down during exercise.
