NOW Sunflower Lecithin softgels are non-GMO and soy-free. Rich in phosphatidylcholine, which constitutes a significant portion of the brain and nervous system. In addition, sunflower lecithin naturally contains phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylethanolamine and is a source of essential fatty acids. Lecithin helps emulsify fats, allowing them to disperse in an aqueous environment.

Sunflower lecithin (2.4 g per serving; provides phosphatidylcholine 360 mg).
