Organic Hericium erinaceus, or Lion's Mane mushroom, fruiting body extract (10:1), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
The product may contain milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product is not intended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or for children under 18 years of age.
Keep the packaging tightly closed in a dry place at a temperature of 15–25 °C. Keep out of reach of children. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
