What should I do if payment fails?

Check required fields, delivery selection and the payment service message. If money has already been debited, do not pay again until it is checked.

For a declined transaction, check card limits and payment authentication with your bank. If the payment page freezes, check your emails and order status before trying again.

Send support the order number, attempt time and error text. Hide card details, account balances and other personal information in any screenshot.
