Composition:
L-carnitine tartrate (62.5%); maltodextrin; capsule shell (gelatin; colors - titanium dioxide); anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.09%); chromium (chromium picolinate) (0.01%).
Directions for use:
Take 2 capsules daily with water. On training days: 2 capsules half an hour before training once a day. On non-training days: 1 capsule half an hour before meals twice a day.
