40% anhydrous caffeine; maltodextrin; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)]; 10% grapefruit extract (Citrus paradisi) 98% naringenin; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). Product may contain allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, egg, peanuts, and nuts.

Take 1 capsule preferably before breakfast or 30 minutes before training. Consume with 300 ml of water.
