Ingredients:

ethyl ester of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol; water.

Allergen warning: Manufactured in a facility that processes ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) 3 times daily, preferably after meals.

Ethyl ester of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA): 1000 mg

- of which CLA (80%) 800 mg
