FLEX PAK is an advanced formula containing collagen hydrolysate, L-proline, MSM, glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, sodium hyaluronate, vitamins C and B6, calcium, and magnesium. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, cartilage, and blood vessels. Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function. Recommended for adults who perform high-intensity physical activity.

Directions for use:

Mix 1 serving (20 g) with 250 ml of water. Take once daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.
