Directions for use:
Workout days: Add 1 scoop into a shaker and pour in 200–300 ml of cold water. Shake for 20–30 seconds. Take 1 serving 30 minutes before workout and another immediately after.
Non-workout days: Take 1 serving in the morning and another between meals.
