Ingredients:

Magnesium complex (magnesium oxide; magnesium citrate; magnesium lactate; magnesium carbonate) (96%), capsule shell (gelatin), glazing agent C, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.1%).

Allergen warnings:

May contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts, and tree nuts. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Directions for use:

Take 2 capsules per day without chewing, with sufficient water during a meal.
