Where can I find my order number and status?

Check the confirmation sent to your checkout email and, for orders linked to an account, the order history in your account.

Look for a tracking link in the dispatch notification if the carrier provides one. A new tracking number may not appear in the carrier system immediately after a shipment is created.

If confirmation is missing, check spam and your email spelling. Give support your name, purchase date and order number if available.
