Ingredients:

maltodextrin, vitamin blend [pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate), niacin (nicotinamide), inositol, p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), thiamine (thiamine mononitrate), riboflavin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), choline bitartrate, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)], capsule shell [coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule daily without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid. Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
