Magnesium citrate is one of the most easily absorbed and bioavailable forms of magnesium. Our magnesium citrate has a high magnesium content, and 100% of the recommended daily intake can be obtained by consuming only 3 capsules per day. Although magnesium citrate absorbs very well on its own, some B vitamins help magnesium to be absorbed even better. The vitamin B6 added to the product promotes magnesium absorption.
