Chromium. Other ingredients: Maltodextrin; capsule shell (glazing agent [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose]); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); chromium picolinate (0.4%).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Do not consume if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients.

Usage:
