Directions:

Mix 1 ½ level teaspoons of powder with at least 8 ounces of cold water or clear liquid until completely dissolved. Stir in powder slowly to ensure complete dissolution. Once prepared, this mixture can be added to smoothies or juices as desired. Take once daily with food. Pure calcium and magnesium citrate powders can increase the temperature of liquids upon contact; therefore, the recommended serving MUST be mixed with at least 8 ounces of cold liquid to neutralize this reaction before eating.
