Ingredients:

Maltodextrin, capsule shell [glazing agent (hypromellose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), chromium (chromium picolinate) 0.4%.

Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule daily, without chewing, with sufficient liquid, after a meal.
