Ingredients:

L-carnitine tartrate (34%), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) [55% EGCG] (14%), maltodextrin; capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Allergen warnings:

May contain allergens: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Content per serving (4 capsules):

• L-carnitine 600 mg
• Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) [50% EGCG] 364 mg
• - of which EGCG 200 mg

Usage:

Recommended daily dose: 4 capsules

One serving (4 capsules) with approximately 300 ml of water.

On training days: 4 capsules 30 minutes before workout. On non-training days: 2 capsules twice a day, preferably with a meal.
