Use:

Creatine increases physical performance in successive short-term high-intensity exercise. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Typical intake scheme: in the loading phase (1st week) - 4 g per 15 kg of body weight per day; in the main phase - 1 g per 15 kg of body weight per day.
